This plan is for smaller indoor/outdoor events, up to 200. You can use our 4-ft. portable bar, or we can serve from your bar with one or two uniformed bartenders. Includes set-up, clean up and 4 hours of service. Nightlife Mobile Bartending will supply cups, ice, stirs, garnishes, two juices, 3 brands of soft drinks, bottled water, soda, tonic, vermouth, lime juice and bar supplies. If the event is outdoors, we can supply a small service tents. Prices may be slightly higher depending on location. We pay bartenders travel time. Service fee is $300.00 for 20-50 guests and $17.00 per guest. For 51-150 guests $16.00 per person and over 150 guests, $350.00 service fee. Optional: meat and cheese plates with crackers.

This is a mobile bar rental only plan. We bring the bar to your location, balance trailer, add steps, connect electricity or generator and pick up time is for 4 hours after event starts. Included with bar for your entertainment will be concert videos, of your choice; run through a very good sound system and disco light. Bar supplies and ice scoop included. A security deposit will be included of $300.00 in case of damage. Rental price is $1200.00 for 4 hours and $350.00 for any additional hours. No bartenders, ice, cups, etc. just the trailer.

It's a vibe like no other and capable of serving 500 guests, with help of a service tents. The trailer also has a service window on the side and on-board service. Cocktail servers are optional. We supply uniformed bartenders, cups, Ice, stirs, garnishes, two juices, 3 brands of soft drinks, bottled water, soda, tonic, vermouth, lime juice and all needed bar supplies. We also bring trash containers and bags, but do not haul trash.

This plan is for groups of 6 to 12 people and only available on Sunday - Thursday nights. Owner, John Shaheen (fine-dining chef) will prepare your guests a meal they will never forget. Food is prepared over char-coal and includes all the trailer features, options as concert videos of your choice, disco light, bubbles, programmable sign, trash container/bags and corn-hole. It is a 3-hour dinner party and offers optional limo service. Tables, chairs, place settings, plates, silverware, cloth napkins, cups, condiments and self-serve table for any beverages. Due to size, we do not offer bartenders, but bar supplies for self-serve. Bottled water and soft drinks of choice included. Dinners vary in price and there is a $600.00 trailer rental fee charge. Dinners offered: 9oz Filet Mignon (prime), 9oz, Strip Steak (prime), Prime Rib, Grilled Salmon, Barbecue Ribs, Filet Mignon Kabobs and Chicken Kabobs. All meat hand cut. Trailer is optional, but not included. This is a great plan for grad parties or any special event at home or business, indoors or out, up to 200 guests. We will set up a buffet table with tablecloth and serve 1⁄2 lb. Burgers, cooked over charcoal, with choice of American or Swiss Cheese, all the needed condiments, potato salad and rice pilaf. Plates, top notch plasticware, napkins, warmers, serving utensils, trash containers and bags and clean-up included. We can also grill chicken breast for sandwiches. All sandwiches will be served on freshly baked buns.
