Nightlife Mobile Bartending provides a mobile bar like no other: concert videos on TV, a disco light above the onboard bar, a bubble machine, cornhole under the lights and professional uniformed bartenders. We liven up backyards, businesses and private venues with a party atmosphere your guests will remember.

For indoor or outdoor events up to 200 guests. Use our 4-foot portable bars, or we can serve from yours, with one or two uniformed bartenders.
Service fee: $300 for 20–50 guests; $325 for 51–150; $350 up to 200. No service fee when the trailer is used.
We deliver, level and connect the mobile bar, then return after your four-hour rental. Concert videos, sound system, disco lighting, bar supplies and ice scoop are included.
Our signature full-service mobile bar for up to 500 guests, with service tents if needed and two portable service bars.
Trash containers and bags are provided; trash is placed in your designated area. Add 18% gratuity, or choose tip jars.

Owner John Shaheen brings nearly six decades of hospitality experience to every event. Before creating Nightlife Mobile Bartending, John owned and operated Rumours Restaurant in Canton for 22 years.
He also founded two state-certified bartending schools in Canton and Youngstown, trained hundreds of students, authored bartending training materials and taught front-of-house service. That background now powers a bar experience built around preparation, professional service and memorable private events.
We proudly serve Akron, Cleveland, Canton, Youngstown, Columbus, Sandusky and communities throughout much of Ohio.
Every event is a different journey, and we like to know exactly what we are getting into so there are no surprises.
Fees can be affected by the size of the event, staffing needs, accessibility, setup and breakdown requirements, and whether multiple trips to the event site are needed. We inspect the location in advance when appropriate to determine where the trailer will be stationed and how service will operate.
We can run from a generator, but prefer plugging into the property when possible to avoid generator sound and fumes. Pulling the trailer averages 7–8 miles per gallon, and employees are paid for travel time.
When the trailer is used, service fees are included in the trailer rental fee, except mileage beyond 20 miles. The $14 per-person charge covers the staff and event essentials listed in the VIP package.
We travel up to 150 miles from Canton for private events at homes, businesses and event venues.
