FEES

Nightlife Mobile Bartending is a fine-dining venue as well an elite, one of a kind, mobile bartending service. On-board dinner parties for 6-12 adults can be prepared right in your backyard or business. The menu is limited and cost is determined by market prices, but this page will give you an approximate cost.

BAR-ONLY EVENTS

(1) TRAILER RENTAL FEE, which is for the trailer itself to come to your premise. Trailer rental fee is $1800.00 and includes up to 4 hours of service. $200.00 for each additional hour. Make sure you read the “How it works” page of this website to see the many amenities included in trailer rental fee. A $1000.00 deposit will confirm & lock in your date. With use of a service tent, we can accommodate 500 guests.

(2) There is also a per-person service fee, which includes, professional uniformed bartenders, ice, cups, stirs, garnishes, mixers, bar supplies, juices, bottled water and soft drinks. The more people, the less you pay for per person service fee. We are a bartending service and like all bartending services in Ohio, we’re not permitted to buy or sell drinks, but can advise and most areas offer delivery, or we will pick up for you. You get all beer, wine and liquor left over at nights end……we just dispense. (NOTE: we are fully insured and have liquor liability insurance.)

If trailer is not needed there is a per person fee and a service fee, which is partially determined by distance traveled.

Tipping is up to you and you have the option to tip yourself, (going rate is 18%) or put out a tip jar. Depending on how late and where the trailer is located, we may leave it at location overnight and take next morning. We’re not set up for credit cards. Cash or check only.

FORMAT FOR DINING EVENTS FOR 6

We keep dinner groups small and intimate. Your back yard or business will transform into a gourmet restaurant with kitchen and bar and everyone dines on-board. I come out in advance to go over logistics and get deposit. We provide food, beverage, entertainment and even recreation.

Trailer rental fee is $600.00 minimum, for 3 hours of service. We charge $200.00 per hour if more time is needed. We would arrive a few hours early to prepare. Again, see website “How it works” section of this website to see what’s included in trailer rental fee.

Dinner choices: 9oz. Filet Mignon, Prime Rib, Filet Mignon or Chicken Shish-Kabob, Grilled Salmon or BBQ Ribs. Food can be cooked to everyone’s desired temp. Dinners are market-value, catering priced.

For starters, we serve our Grecian Salad. Everyone loves our homemade dressing, mixed with Feta Cheese, Walnuts, Onion, Cucumber, Tomato, Olives, We top it with Lump Crab, and Shrimp, which blends together extremely well and served with ciabatta bread. If anyone has allergies to any of the items, we will accommodate.

Dinners includes Grilled Asparagus, Twice Baked Potato or Rice Pilaf, Marinated Mushrooms, a Bottle of Wine and choice of Cheesecake for dessert. Approximate cost for 6 dinners and trailer is $1000.00, but can vary, depending on menu choice and amount of people and you can bring your own beverages for us to dispense. A clothed courtesy table is set up by trailer to accommodate water, wine and soft drinks. Cucumber water and mints included. A $500.00 deposit confirms and locks in date.

We work with a limo service and if you really want to make it The Ultimate Party, the limo picks up the host couple first and after picking up the other two couples, we pop open a bottle of wine and head back to the event site, where food is being prepared. The two (guest couples) will be returned home in limo at nights end. Price of limo will vary, but reasonable and determined by travel distance to and from.

Any event more than 20 miles from Canton will incur an additional $2.00 per mile, each way charge. We pay drive time for employees and when pulling the trailer, the truck only gets 8 miles per gallon.
